Dong Ding Oolong is one of the oldest teas from Taiwan. Similar to Paochong, this green type oolong means its slightly fermented. Its leaves are rolled into uneven balls, thus offering a light-green, semi-yellow and green brew with robust grassy tones and sweet taste.
