Charcoal lightly roasted,Wen Shan Bao Chong is a light oolong, somewhere between green tea and what is usually considered semi-fermented oolong. Its brew carries a very pleasant flora note without the sharp astringent of green tea...The literal meaning of Pouchong means "paper wrapping". Taiwan semi-oxidized tea, soft Oolong, has a pleasant and slightly earthy note.
