Guided by Madeline Chang, a certified tea master from the Lu-Yu Tea Culture Institute, you'll embark on a journey to create bubble tea from scratch, using high-quality ingredients and traditional techniques. The workshop's duration can range from 30 to 90 minutes.

Throughout the session, you'll delve into the history of bubble tea, exploring the diverse types of tea and toppings that can be combined to produce unique and delectable flavors. Learn the secrets to cooking perfect tapioca pearls—chewy and sweet, they are a crucial element in the world of bubble tea. Our workshop accommodates various dietary needs, offering options such as non-dairy, sugar-free, keto, and soy-free choices.

Whether you're a novice or a seasoned tea enthusiast, our workshop is tailored for tea lovers of all levels. Join us solo or bring along a group of up to 12 for a bubblicious tea-making adventure.

Upon completing the workshop, you'll have the opportunity to take home three different teas from the six major tea types. This allows you to recreate your favorite bubble tea blends in the comfort of your own home.
