Our International Tea Workshop invites you to travel the world through the flavors, aromas, and traditions of tea. We begin in Taiwan, exploring the nourishing Hakka practice of grinding tea leaves, grains, and herbs into a rich, comforting brew. This mindful preparation draws you in, setting the tone for a day of warmth and connection.
From there, we journey to India, where the air is filled with the scent of cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves. Here, you will learn the art of crafting spiced tea, balancing flavors to create a cup as vibrant as its culture.
The adventure continues with the quiet elegance of Japanese tea ceremonies, where every movement is steeped in tradition and mindfulness. We then savor the refined, floral notes of Taiwanese oolong before ending with the bold, energizing character of Argentine mate, a drink that brings people together in community and conversation.
Each step of the workshop is hands-on, giving you the opportunity to taste, create, and connect with the stories behind every cup. More than just a tasting, it is a shared journey—one that celebrates culture, craftsmanship, and the timeless joy of tea.
