Japanese Matcha | Organic Imperial Grade
A prestigious organic matcha from Nishio—intensely aromatic, elegantly sweet, deeply umami, and refined enough for both Usucha and Koicha.

Grown for centuries in Nishio (Aichi Prefecture), this matcha is celebrated worldwide and favoured by Japanese tea ceremony instructors for its intense aroma, refined sweetness, and rich yet delicate depth.

Traditional Preparation (Usucha)
- Heat water to 175°F (80°C).

Tip: A bamboo whisk ensures proper aeration and a creamy, clump-free texture.
Koicha (Thick Tea) Option
Imperial Grade Matcha is refined enough for Koicha, a thick and luxurious preparation traditionally served in formal tea ceremonies.
- Use 2–3 teaspoons matcha
- Add 40–60 ml water at ~80°C
